Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry
Strong understanding of financial services, banking products, and payment solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
Experience using CRM software
Availability to travel as needed for business meetings and events
